HBHS Old Boys' Foundation is pleased to share that it has provided a $4,000 grant to the Hamilton Boys’ High School Year 10 Outdoor Education programme. This funding will enable the purchase of a replacement RHIB (rigid hull inflatable boat) for use by students during their outdoor activities. HBHS Old Boys' Foundation was recently able to support our community of international and refugee students, by contributing $500 towards new swimming equipment and clothing for our Multicultural Manaaki Centre.More than 130,000 kiwi kids have never had a swimming lesson, with immigrant students largely over-represented. Using the school pool and this new equipment, we’ve helped ensure students can access free swimming classes during the summer, and grow confident in and around our waters....
